Recurring Home Cleaning in metro Atlanta

Recurring cleaning is the least dramatic thing we do and the only one that changes how a house feels day to day. The thing worth getting right is the frequency, because the wrong one is how people end up paying for a service they are quietly dissatisfied with.

What it costs

$150 to $255typically $195

Bi-weekly cleans typically run $150 to $235 and monthly $185 to $255, taken from the middle half of completed jobs over the last 18 months. Monthly costs more per visit than bi-weekly because more accumulates between visits, which is the whole economics of recurring cleaning in one sentence.

Picking a frequency honestly

Bi-weekly suits most households and is comfortably our most common. It is short enough that the home never fully drifts, which keeps each visit at maintenance length and maintenance price.

Monthly works for smaller households, couples without children or pets, and homes that stay tidy between visits. It costs more per visit than bi-weekly, because a month of accumulation takes longer to clear, so it is a saving overall rather than per clean.

Weekly is genuinely worth it for large households, multiple pets, young children, or anyone working from home full time. It is a smaller share of what we do and it is the right answer more often than people assume.

The first visit is usually different

If a home has not been professionally cleaned recently, the first visit is typically priced as a deep clean. This is not an upsell, it is arithmetic: recurring pricing assumes a maintained home, and a home carrying two years of deep-task backlog cannot be brought to that standard in a maintenance-length visit.

Once it is reset, recurring pricing applies from the second visit and stays there. A company that skips this step and starts you on recurring pricing is either going to rush the first clean or lose money on it, and neither ends well.

The same cleaner matters more than people expect

By the third or fourth visit a cleaner knows your home: which bathroom is barely used, where the dog sheds, that the spare room is storage and does not need twenty minutes. That knowledge is why a recurring clean gets better over time rather than staying flat, and it is the main practical argument for recurring over repeated one-offs.

Every visit still runs against the same 116-point checklist, so consistency does not depend on memory alone.

Changing or pausing it

Skip a visit, change frequency, or stop entirely. There is no contract and no cancellation penalty. If you are going away, or money is tight this month, say so and we will move it.

If something is not right, tell us the same day where you can and we will come back out. That is the 100% Happiness Promise, and it is the reason to raise a problem rather than quietly switch companies.
