One-time

Deep Cleaning in metro Atlanta

A deep clean is not a regular clean done more carefully. It is a different scope, aimed at the surfaces a maintenance clean is never scheduled to touch, and it is the visit that resets a home so ordinary cleaning can hold it.

What it costs

$325 to $505typically $420

That range is the middle half of the deep cleans we actually completed over the last 18 months. Size and condition move it: a home that has been professionally maintained sits near the bottom, one that has not been deep cleaned in several years sits near the top or above it.

What a deep clean adds

Inside appliances: oven, fridge, microwave, and the dishwasher filter that almost nobody knows exists. Inside and on top of cabinets. Baseboards, door frames, door tops and switch plates.

Bathroom grout and the seals around baths and showers, which is where anything genuinely unpleasant in a bathroom actually lives. Light fittings and ceiling fan blades. Behind and underneath furniture that a weekly clean works around.

None of these are dirty because someone has been careless. They are dirty because they sit outside the scope and the sight lines of routine cleaning, which is exactly why they need their own visit.

When you actually need one

Before starting a recurring service, if the home has not been professionally cleaned in a long while. This is the most common case and the most worthwhile. Recurring pricing assumes a maintained home, and buying maintenance pricing for a home that needs a reset produces a disappointing result at a fair price, which feels like a bad service and is not.

Before or after a move, before hosting, after building work, and after a period when the house got away from you. Any of these is a legitimate one-off.

On a schedule, once or twice a year, if you run recurring cleaning the rest of the time. That is enough to keep the deep tasks from ever accumulating again.

How long it takes

Considerably longer than a standard clean. A home that takes two hours to maintain can take five or six to deep clean the first time, and it is normal for it to be a team rather than one person.

That is the honest reason for the price gap. It is the same hourly work, and there is a great deal more of it.

What it does not include

Decluttering, because those are your decisions to make and not ours. Clearing surfaces beforehand makes a real difference to what a deep clean achieves.

Interior walls, carpet shampooing and exterior windows are separate jobs. So is anything requiring a ladder beyond normal reach. Ask when you book and we will tell you plainly whether something is in or out rather than leaving you to discover it afterwards.
